閣下可將款項以轉帳或支票存入至以下銀行戶口:

FPS轉數快 存款流程及注意事項:

How to make FPS transfers: 

1. 閣下可登入到網上銀行用戶端，點擊「轉賬」後於收款欄中選擇FPS付款方式並輸入本公司 FPS ID，收款賬號及收款銀行名稱。本公司FPS 如下：
   Login to your online banking account. Click “Transfer” and choose “FPS” as payment method. Enter the company’s FPS ID, beneficiary account name and beneficiary bank name. Our FPS ID details are as follows:

   收款人名稱 Beneficiary Name	：	混沌天成國際證券期貨有限公司 - 期貨客戶戶口 CIF Securities Futures Limited - Futures client a/c
   銀行名稱 Bank Name	：	香港上海滙豐銀行 The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited
   轉數快 FPS ID	：	106441785
   受款銀行地址 Beneficiary Bank address	：	香港皇后大道中1號 1 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong

2. 輸入轉賬金額（混沌天成國際證券期貨有限公司 FPS ID暫時只接受港幣轉賬，請輸入港幣金額），客戶還可在備註位置填寫客戶姓名和交易賬號，點擊「確認」。
   Enter the amount to be transferred (please enter the amount in HKD as the CIF Securities Futures Limited - Sec client a/c FPS ID currently only accepts HKD transfers). You could also enter the beneficiary account name and number in the Remarks column to expedite the transaction. Click “Confirm” once you have entered all the required information.
3. 確認轉賬後，客戶需保留轉賬紀錄或相關憑証，傳真至(852) 2596-8210或電郵至cs@cifsf.com.hk。郵件正文需註明姓名、交易賬號等資料。
   Retain a copy of your transaction record or relevant documents supporting the transaction as proof of transaction. Send the transaction record or relevant documents supporting to our customer services by fax at (852) 2596-8210 or by email to cs@cifsf.com.hk. Please include all relevant information including your name and the transaction account.

提款 Withdrawal 

閣下可填妥《提款指示表》，然後傳真至(852) 2596-8210或電郵至cs@cifsf.com.hk；或者， 

閣下可通過已登記的電話號碼或電子郵箱發出提款指令，本公司在收到指令後將會通過電子郵件進行確認，然後會按照指令將款項轉出至已登記的帳戶號碼。 

Clients can fill out the Withdraw Instruction Form and send it by fax at (852) 2596-8210 or by email to cs@cifsf.com.hk; or alternatively,  

when the fund withdrawal is transfer to client’s registered bank account, we will send confirmation email to client after receiving such withdrawal instructions from client via client’s registered email or call by registered phone number with recording.
